YG3 supports uploads primarily in the Reporting module, where screenshots, PDFs, and data exports can be analyzed to generate insights.
This guide helps you troubleshoot common uploading issues to keep your workflow smooth and uninterrupted.
Before uploading, ensure your file matches the accepted formats:
JPG / JPEG
PNG
TXT
Other formats (e.g. XLSX) are currently not supported for analysis uploads.
Error Message: "File type not supported"
Resolution:
Convert your file to JPG, PNG, or PDF before uploading
Use your computer’s print-to-PDF function or screenshot tools
Error Message: "Upload failed due to file size"
Resolution:
Keep file size under 20MB
For screenshots: crop excess white space or reduce resolution
For PDFs: use a compressor tool like SmallPDF or ILovePDF
Issue: File uploads successfully, but the AI can’t parse the data clearly.
Resolution:
Ensure screenshots are crisp and full-screen
Avoid uploading images with motion blur or incomplete views
If pulling from a dashboard, use built-in export to PDF when possible
Issue: Upload progress stalls and no confirmation is shown.
Resolution:
Refresh the page and retry
Ensure your internet connection is stable
Try using a different browser if issue persists
Limit one upload per analysis cycle for best clarity
Label dashboard exports by date and campaign for better reference
Avoid uploading password-protected or interactive files
If uploads consistently fail or behave inconsistently:
Take a screenshot of the issue
Include browser + OS version
Submit to support via email
