Team Structure: Operator, Strategist & Architect

YG3 is designed to support teams of any size — even if that team is just you.

To keep things simple and scalable, we use a 3-role structure that divides work into clean categories. You don’t need 3 people. You just need to know which hat you’re wearing.


1. Operator — Gets things done

This role handles day-to-day actions inside the system. They don’t need to think about strategy — just follow the plan and execute tasks.

What they do:

Ideal for: virtual assistants, junior marketers, or you when you're in execution mode.


2. Strategist — Makes decisions

This role focuses on direction. They review performance, decide what matters most, and give Operators clear guidance on what to run.

What they do:

Ideal for: account managers, growth leads, or founders making client-facing calls.


3. Architect — Builds systems

This role steps back and looks at the whole agency. They set up processes, templates, and team flows so that work is repeatable and scalable.

What they do:

Ideal for: agency founders, ops leaders, or anyone shaping how the agency runs.
