Issue: No reply after typing into the Elysia interface.
Steps to resolve:
Refresh the page and ensure your internet connection is stable
Double-check if your session has timed out due to inactivity
If working inside a thread, confirm the thread is selected and not archived
Avoid pasting in large datasets or unsupported file types
If issue persists:
Contact support with a screenshot of your input and timestamp.
Issue: Organic or Paid module is taking longer than usual to generate content or outputs.
Steps to resolve:
Wait 1–2 minutes — depending on server load, content generation may briefly queue
Avoid navigating away mid-process
If delay exceeds 5 minutes, refresh and retry
Issue: You’ve added a client, but it’s not appearing in the module dropdowns.
Steps to resolve:
Go to the Business section and confirm the client profile is fully saved
Ensure the website field is populated (required for scraping and keyword generation)
Refresh your browser to trigger reload of the dropdown lists
If still missing, try logging out and logging back in.
Issue: Uploading a report in the Reporting module returns an error.
Steps to resolve:
Confirm the file type: JPG, TXT, or PDF recommended
Avoid overly large file sizes (over 20MB)
If uploading a screenshot, ensure it's not blurry or partially cropped
For persistent issues, compress the file and retry.
Issue: Paid module returns keyword lists that don’t align with campaign theme.
Steps to resolve:
Refine your campaign theme with more specific language (e.g. “roofing leads in Cincinnati” instead of just “roofing”)
Use the "Enhance" feature in Organic first to explore viable themes, then bring the insight into Paid
Ask Elysia to suggest tighter positioning before generating keywords
Issue: You’ve generated content, clicked “Save,” but it doesn’t appear under the Saved tab.
Steps to resolve:
Refresh the page
Check if the correct client is selected
Wait a few seconds — save actions are queued behind generation
If content still doesn’t display, regenerate and try again.
Reach out to support by emailing support if:
You see persistent system errors or broken modules
Your client profiles aren’t saving or loading
You need to restore deleted content
There’s a billing or account issue you can’t resolve
