This checklist outlines a streamlined onboarding flow any Operator or Strategist can follow.
Navigate to the Business tab → click + New Client
Fill out:
Client name
Industry
Website
Then use AI tools to:
Auto-generate keywords
Auto-generate brand description
Review and refine if needed. Save to activate the profile.
Use this moment to ask:
What’s the client’s primary marketing goal? (Leads, SEO, conversions, etc.)
Are they focused on a specific product, service, or geography?
What’s their tone of voice or brand personality?
Record these in your internal notes or create a thread with Elysia for reference.
Go to the Reporting Module and upload:
A screenshot from Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM, etc.
Or a static PDF with recent performance
This gives YG3 a baseline view and helps Elysia make smarter suggestions.
Based on the goal:
Use the Organic Module to create a first blog or landing page
Use the Paid Ads Module to generate a starter campaign
Save both to the Content Library
This gives the client something tangible early—and creates immediate momentum.
Schedule a short review call or send a recap email:
Show them the first outputs
Walk them through what’s coming next
Gather feedback on tone, voice, and focus areas
Set expectations for weekly or monthly cadence
Who is the Operator running the account?
Who is the Strategist reviewing performance?
Who (if anyone) is the Architect overseeing the systems?
Even if it’s all the same person, make sure the hats are clear.
Plug the client into your Weekly Operating Rhythm:
Monday: Review report + set goals
Midweek: Execute on content and ads
Friday: Review results and update the plan
Repeat weekly.
