
Centralized Campaign Management Dashboard
The Campaigns tab is your control center for managing every active, pending, or completed marketing campaign within YG3.
It serves as a live dashboard for budget tracking, channel management, and performance context, allowing you to see all programmatic advertising activity at a glance.
Each campaign connects directly to its client architecture and content assets, ensuring total alignment between strategy, creative, and execution.
Use Campaigns when you want to:
Monitor all ongoing or upcoming ad campaigns in one unified view.
Review campaign status, budgets, and demographic targeting.
Quickly navigate to campaign details for reporting or adjustment.
Maintain oversight of both active and historical marketing activity.
Section | Description |
Campaign Filters | Toggle between All, Pending, Active, Completed, and Cancelled campaigns. |
Client Name & Status | Displays the company the campaign is associated with, alongside its live status indicator. |
Key Details | Includes linked website, demographics, ad channels, and keywords pulled from the client profile. |
Budget Display | Shows total allocated campaign budget. |
Action Buttons | View Details opens the campaign configuration page; Delete removes the campaign. |
+ New Campaign | Starts a new campaign creation process with a guided workflow. |

Campaign Summaries | Each campaign tile includes client metadata, keyword targeting, and current performance stage. |
Automated Categorization | Campaigns are dynamically grouped by lifecycle stage. |
Linked Intelligence | All campaign data ties back to the Business and Reports modules, allowing AI insights to flow between systems. |
Navigate to Account → Campaigns.
Click + New Campaign to begin setup.
Choose a client from your Business list (e.g., Andromeda).
Input targeting data: demographics, ad channels, and keywords.
Assign a budget and launch the campaign.
Monitor progress and status from this dashboard — pending, active, completed, or cancelled.
Click View Details to access deeper analytics or edit campaign parameters.
Always confirm keywords and ad channels are synced with the client’s Business profile.
Use descriptive naming for campaigns (e.g., “Andromeda – Q4 Omnichannel”) to maintain clarity in reporting.
Combine campaign data with Reports for AI-generated insights on performance trends and ROI.
